Emily’s fiery oil

This is a blended mixture of vegetable oil, Indian spices, walnuts, onions, chillies, garlic and coconut cream. This vibrant clear red oil is extremely hot and makes a good challenge as a dipping oil. Also use for shallow frying meats, a little on roasting potatoes, or for drizzling on a pizza.
