Terms and Conditions - Online Ordering & Shopping

We aim to make and deliver goods of the highest quality. We try to keep all products available all year round. We try to keep a stock of these products at all times. However we may be out of stock of certain products and therefore be unable to fulfill your order. When this happens, we will advise you immediately and you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, have the products sent as soon as they become available or to cancel the order.

All prices quoted are in British pounds sterling (£). We are not VAT registered therfore none of our products include VAT. Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of Emily's Jams and Pickles and are subject to your credit or debit card being authorised for the transaction. All transactions are conducted through PayPal’s secure server.

We endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct and up to date. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of this information, nor can we be held responsible should it become inadvertently out of date.

We reserve the right to remove products from our range at any time without prior notice and without liability. Prices may change from time to time and all products are subject to availability.

£4.95 for up to 2 Products

£9.50 for 3 to 10 Products

For larger quantities please call for a quotation

Due to high carriage charges the prices contained on this website only apply to delivery within the UK mainland. For orders outside this area, please contact us for a quotation.

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days but please allow up to seven working days during busy periods; if there is likely to be a delay beyond seven working days, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

We will always replace faulty or damaged products free of charge. Breakages must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. If our products are not to your satisfaction for reasons other than damage or breakage, please ring first to discuss the problem and see if we can resolved it.

We cannot accept returned goods which are not faulty, except by prior arrangement, by telephone, in which case we will deduct the original cost of postage and packing from any refund, plus a 15% handling fee. The goods must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and suitable for re-sale.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Credit Card Security

Your credit/debit card details are entered on a PayPal secure payment web server. Details of the secure payment system and credit cards accepted are as detailed on the PayPal web site www.paypal.co.uk/

Complaints Procedure

We endeavour to respond to all complaints within three working days. Please contact us using the contact details given above. If for any reason we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise you on how long we expect it will take and keep you fully informed throughout the process.
