Saffron & orange
This dressing is a blend of orange zest & juice, coriander, saffron, a little garlic and seasoning. This may be used on a seafood or rice salad, or pour over fish. Add to a rice salad with tomato, fennel, spring onion and some peppers.
Sweet Pepper Dressing
This sugar free dressing contains roasted red peppers, paprika, mustard, garlic and seasoning. Serve with a mixed green salad, cherry tomatoes, peppers, chopped chicken with freshly torn basil to top.
Spicy Oriental Dressing
This is a rich full flavoured dressing of spring onions, coriander, chilli, soy sauce and sesame seed oil. Use for warm noodles with grilled duck or pork. Try on shredded raw vegetables such as carrot, cabbage, radish; may also be used as a dipping sauce.

This is a fresh tasting dressing with the sharpness of lemons against lots of fresh sweet dill and seasoning. This may be poured over poached fish or on a salad of watercress, chicory and beetroot or even drizzle over pasta.
